Listing, Verification & Review Policy

We aim to provide an accurate, respectful directory of LGBTIQ+ friendly service providers across South Africa.

Provider verification

Listings must not be marked verified until the operator has completed a documented verification process. Providers should describe their inclusion practices honestly; directory presence is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Review standards

Only genuine experiences should be reviewed. We may reject spam, impersonation, abusive language, conflicts of interest and unsupported allegations. Businesses should have a fair route to report disputed content.

Recognition and rewards

Reward points must be independent of review rating or sentiment. Do not exchange rewards for positive reviews, and do not create misleading ratings or structured-data review claims.

Search integrity

Paid placement, if introduced, must be clearly labeled. Sample or unverified providers must not be presented as genuine verified businesses. Location pages should contain real, useful local information rather than duplicated keyword text.
