Effective date: 14 October 2026. These are proposed terms for a South African directory and should receive legal review before commercial launch.

Directory purpose

LGBTIQ+ Directory helps visitors discover businesses that represent themselves as welcoming to LGBTIQ+ customers. A listing is not a guarantee of safety, quality, licensing, availability or suitability.

Listings and provider responsibilities

Providers must supply accurate information, have rights to their photos, keep contact details current and comply with applicable laws. We may review, suspend or remove misleading or harmful content.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, paid-for, harassing, discriminatory or privacy-invasive reviews are prohibited. Recognition points, where offered, are not payment for positive reviews.

Subscriptions

Any paid listing plan, trial, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be clearly presented before checkout. No payment collection is active in this preview.

Limitation and complaints

Visitors should independently verify professional credentials and suitability. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded. Contact details and formal complaint handling will be finalized before launch.
